As Göksu Global Holding A.Ş., we started our activities in 2009 to produce and trade in the food sector.

In 2011, our group established our first brand "Bayramefendi Osmanlı Kahvecisi", and by providing "franchise consultancy" and "production supply" services to the brand, it has become a national brand today. "Bayramefendi Osmanlı Kahvecisi" brand, which is the most important representative of traditional coffee culture in Turkey, has been serving its guests since 2011 with its original concept, rich product range and unique decoration approach.

In 2019, our group established "Bex Coffee" in the UK because of the knowledge and experience gained from the franchise sector. Inspired by the energy and flavour understanding of the new generation, it created this new concept with the dream of becoming a global brand by blending the excitement of trying innovations in life, being unique and reaching the better with its experience. At the beginning of 2020, our group established the "GG Frozen & Beverage" company in order to carry out its activities in food production and exports by combining its production experience gained over time with its innovations. In this company, we have created healthy and innovative products by offering consumers a unique flavour experience with our "Limmo" branded products produced from lemon. Today, we have created a product group preferred by quality chain brands by exporting to 30 countries in Turkey. Our

Our journey

In fact, our journey, which has achieved great success in a short time, is the work of a long history. The father of the founding partners of our group, "Ahmet Göksu", has always encouraged our family members to do a business in the food sector with his know-how in the food sector for many years, such as restaurant and patisserie management, food wholesaling, bread distribution. In 2011, our company started this journey again with the coffee concept "Bayramefendi Osmanlı Kahvecisi" founded by Boğaçhan Göksu on this desire, and with the inclusion of other team members who have achieved significant success in their field, it has reached its current position and has become a giant coffee chain reaching hundreds of branches in 77 provinces. Since 2011, our company, which has invested in areas such as plastics, ceramics, and technology in addition to the food sector, exited these investments in other sectors as a result of the decisions taken at the end of 2017. They decided to continue the know-how they inherited and decided to make future investments in the food sector. As the most important output of this decision, they decided to export by evaluating the work they do best and the geography they are in. They adapted the lemonade recipe inherited from their mothers to the industrial line by evaluating the problems such as the consumer's unwillingness to consume additives and coloured products in the beverage sector. With the "Limmo" brand, they introduced fresh home lemonade to the market using frozen technology. They succeeded in attracting the attention of investors in the global market with the "Bex Coffee" brand, which was inspired by the flavour understanding of the new generation with its self-service service system, unique ambience, and products. They created a motto to summarise what they have experienced so far: "Our adventure is food".
